Tiwaz - Mini Märzen - 4.9% ABV

A small, slightly funky version of the toasty fall favourite, Märzen. Rich bready malt character is a must, so we used Barn Owl Pale and Vienna as well as a touch of German Munich. Hopped this with Hallertau Mittelfrüh for light floral and spice notes. Fermented with a rather more fruity yeast blend than tradition would dictate, we get big toasty breads backed up by orchard fruit.
