Our first exploration into 100% Brett M fermentation which provides big orchard fruit. Barn Owl Pilsner and red wheat as well as rye malt and flaked wheat, hopped with Tavistock Cascade. We’re tasting ripe pears, peach fuzz, musty apple, citrus and a slight barnyard character.
