A novel batch of Rhizome featuring mainly Ontario ingredients, mashed hot and fast to promote development of extra funk and hopped with a blend of El Dorado and Ontario Chinook. Cellared after heavy dry hopping to allow time for funk to really develop. Eight months later and we're getting big melon and eucalyptus backed by lemon, lime, pineapple and a fair bit of earthy funk.
