Our first fermentation with Lutra Kveik and we decided to go with a classic English Porter Base for it! Leading with bittersweet baker's chocolate, this has notes of dark rye crust, cacao nibs, hazelnut, and dark roast coffee with a whisper of raspberry. This is incredibly easygoing, finishing only slightly sweet.
