Melted Rainbow - Lulo Saison - 4.1% ABV

A buckwheat and rye dense grisette finished with a heavy dose of Lulo pulp, a fruit native to Columbia. Fermented with Brett M and hopped with German Saaz. Big soursop vibes with pineapple, lime zest, lemon verbena, lychee and hints of rhubarb and apricot. Slightly tangy, very tropical, pretty funky, very refreshing.
