Brewed in collaboration with our friends and neighbours at Laylow Brewery. This one's all about the soursop. The base Saison was designed to elevate soursop's funky pineapple vibes through fermentation-driven ester expression. Fermentation with Saison Nouveau from Escarpment Labs provided us with bright lemon, touched up by guava, apricot, pepper and baking spice.
