Hopped like an IPA, fermented and naturally carbonated like a Saison with extremely well traveled house cultures, whaddaya call it? A thing! A tasty floral thing full of lilac and rose hips over a boatload of fruity character imparted by both the cultures and heavy hopping with El Dorado and Columbus. Lemon, passion fruit, cantaloupe, grapefruit, pineapple and banana all play together in this moderately bitter pale beer.
