Rejoice! For amidst the chaos that was last winter, we had the foresight to reserve some cases of 2020 Wine Barasway! Our annual Brett Lambicus fermented Imperial Porter which two years ago spent nine months in a Baco Noir barrel. Big cherry and tobacco backed up by dark chocolate, leather, light funk and mild oak tannins.
The extra year of aging has mellowed things a bit, bringing the cherry and jammy wine character more to the front. If you picked some up last year for cellaring yourselves, we'd recommend looking in on one! If you haven't, now's your chance!
